A Bonifay resident has filed an official complaint with the State of Florida Commission on Ethics that alleges the City - specifically Mayor James "Eddie" Sims - has neglected to investigate a municipal water leak affecting his property and has violated his civil rights by banning him from City Hall. "When they installed the new waterlines, gallons of water started coming out of the ground at my house because of what I suspect was a leak from an old line," said Harrison.
