The city of Crystal River will soon be registering golf carts after deciding last year to allow them to drive on certain city streets. On Friday, Jan. 19, the city of Crystal River will be accepting golf cart registrations, and will allow buggies on city-designated roadways starting Jan. 20. According to the city, registration packets will be available at city hall and the substation of the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, both located at 123 U.S. 19 in Crystal River.
