Bonifay Police Chief Chris Wells on Wednesday announced that 16 warrants resulted from "Operation Heatwave," an undercover drug operation ran by his department. Bonifay Police turned-up the heat on drug dealers and users by purchasing illicit drugs undercover and going beyond the ticket on traffic stops.
