BONIFAY – Michael Lewis from Florida Department of Transportation came before the Holmes County Board of County Commissioners when the board met Tuesday September 27, with options for fixing the intersection at State Road 2 and County Road 173. Widely considered dangerous by local residents and officials, the intersection is slated to receive new signage and rumble strips, traffic equipment that warns drivers of speed restrictions to help drive down accident rates.
